What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement a variety of wound care therapies, including debridement, dressing changes, and compression therapy.
• Educate residents and their families on wound care and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document care diligently and accurately.
• Maintain a sterile and safe wound care environment.

What You Bring:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care management.
• Strong clinical skills in wound assessment, dressing selection, and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
