What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement a variety of wound care therapies, including debridement, dressing changes, and compression therapy.
- Educate residents and their families on wound care and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document care diligently and accurately.
- Maintain a sterile and safe wound care environment.
What You Bring:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care management.
- Strong clinical skills in wound assessment, dressing selection, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
